The 2014 edition of the italian conference on innovation in and through Public Administration called ForumPA hosted, among many other events, an Innovation Barcamp about e-learning and digital culture, with the goal to exchange experiences about:
- define technologies, tools and models to spread digital skills
- stimulate networking among public administration, in order to increase the exchange and reuse of knowledge and resources
- implement e-learning programs about the same topics
I contributed with some proposals about innovation in small towns and rural areas through the right combination of open and adequate digital technologies and biourbanism. The audio of my talk is here, and these are the slides I used:
