Canossa: alternative, low-cost proposal to fight corruption

On March 3rd, 2012, the first “National Gathering against corruption and for a culture of legality” organized by Giuseppe Civati took place in Canossa, Italy. In that occasion I presented the proposal below to fight corruption with Open Data, which is a synthesis of what I had already written in a ForumPA dossier on Open Data for monitoring public tenders and conflicts of interests.

A summary of the most interesting things I heard during that event is available on my italian blog.
