I participated to a meeting of the Youth Forums of the area around Pontelandolfo, a wonderful little town in the hills of Campania. My contribution, described here (Italian) has been about Open Data, Open mapping, Open Hardware and other little known, low-cost open technologies that may do a LOT for a real, socially responsible development of rural areas, everywhere.
