Comments and suggestions about a law proposal presented by two senators of the Italian Democratic Party about NetNeutrality, Free Software and Information Society. I also participated to the participated rewriting of the law proposal on a wiki, probably the first initiative of this kind in Italy, also announced for this reason on the P2P Foundation blog.
