Rome: Legal and regulatory barriers to mass adoption of Digital DIY

As part of the European Maker Week 2016, and of my own work in the EU H2020 research project on DiDIY (Digital DIY, I have organized and led an event devoted to this theme, trying to find answers to questions like:

Can the “Makers Revolution” exit makerspaces, to really reach and benefit the WHOLE society? What are the main obstacles towards that goal, as far as laws and regulations are concerned?
